In his speech "Dollars Making Sense: Unleashing Your Influence Over the Bottom Line", Dr. Conway will discuss how to connect plant/line employees to focus on the bottom line, as well as how to motivate employees to WANT TO BE connected to your bottom line.

We are very pleased to announce that David Harkness, Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Business Systems, for Xcel Energy’s Corporate Services, will kick-off the workshop in the opening General Session "Welcome Address."
